ANNOUNCMENT: The Road to the MOW: Meal plan of the Week!
Like survival, we have a strategy here at paleogastronony.com. Our plan is simple. Within the next month or so, we hope to accumulate enough recipes and links to start the paleo-Meal plan of the Week, pMOW, or MOW as we fondly refer to it.
The MOW will include a shopping list and meal plan published on Thursdays that will cover the following week, Sunday through Saturday. Why publish the MOW on Thursdays? So that you have enough time to shop.
How does the MOW differ from other meal plans?
First and foremost, the MOW is not a diet nor diet plan. It is more of a comprehensive planning guide line to help you enjoy the paleo-lifestyle.
Secondly, MOW will cover 3 square meals, a pre-workout and post workout meals, and snacks for each day of the week. Again, the idea is for the MOW to be a plan, or framework for a better diet and lifestyle, not a set of carved-in-stone commandments.
Finally, if you have an interesting and tasty paleo-inpired MOWs, or recipes, please share it with the rest of your fellow paleogastonomers. Just email them to admin@paleostronomy.com.
